1/ How reliable are the Hotel Premium Certificates?
We became licensed Certificate Distributors in Canada and the U.S., through our partners and "Sellers of Travel" who have been carefully screened with the Travel Bureau, the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce. A satisfactory rating was reported with a "Reliability Seal of Approval" for service of BBBOnLine. Our business is customer satisfaction. Without being fully committed to our product and certificate fulfillment, our rating would be affected and our ability to market certificates would be significantly reduced. Our results and findings were quite favorable. Businesses may order one or more Certificate programs to give their customers a choice from a selection of Five Certificate programs. Members may benefit from Hotel accommodation, Hotel & Air packages, Bahamas Cruise Certificates, Entertainment Certificates, and Dining Certificates.*****************
2/ How are hotels, cruise-line and airlines able to offer these big savings?
Probably the most common question we are asked. The answer is actually quite simple.
Resort Hotels, Cruise Ship Companies, Airlines, Travel companies and other establishments contract with our team in order to provide these exciting saving benefits to consumers through our participating businesses. They offer these saving benefits as an incentive to get people to use their services and show what they have to offer at their establishment ... and it builds brand loyalty.
For example; hotels and cruise companies rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends, so they are willing to offer significant savings because although they have lost the price of the room regardless, they can still let quests stay for about half the cost in the hopes that they will stay longer, play golf, eat in their restaurants, spend money at their in-house shops and casinos, and take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.). And when quests leave, they hope that they’ll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends about the great time they had. They can also combine lodging and attractions, entertainment, restaurant discounts and golf discounts.3/ What size are the Certificates and when do they expire?
The Certificates are a standard 8 1/2" by 11" size paper and they must be redeemed within 30 days of the date issued for processing, but the end user has one year to use the Certificate.4/ Are Certificate holders required to purchase airfare or attend any timeshare sales presentation to receive the vacation offers?
No to both! No Certificate holder is required to attend any timeshare presentation and they may make their own flight arrangements, unless a customer has ordered the Air & Hotel combo Certificate in which case arrangements must be made by the representing agent. For Cruise or Hotel Certificates, many Certificate holders will choose to drive to their vacation destination or port.
5/ How long are Certificates good for?
You can use your Certificate within one year of the issue date. Certificate holders must be at least 18 years of age or older. Certificate holders may receive more than one Certificate depending on the promotion offered by the business where obtained.
6/ May I sell my Certificates?
No, selling your Certificate to consumers is strictly prohibited by our company. Certificate holders may also not sell their Certificate. The Certificate will be revoked if transferred to another person or company.
7/ Do the individual vacations have a cash value?
No. The Membership for Hotel are for promotional purposes only, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or promoted to consumers as a retail vacation. They also may not be reproduced in whole or part.
8/ Are the vacations genuine?
Absolutely genuine. Resorts as well as marketing companies have been using vacation Certificates packages for 25 years. Nearly all hotels, resorts, cruise lines, golf courses etc. have vacancies on an ongoing basis. They find that participating in Vacation programs is a viable form of advertising to bring in guests who obviously then spend money in their restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Today many savvy travelers use promotional packages such as this for their vacations, saving thousands of dollars each year.
9/ How far in advance must reservations be made?
Plan ahead as one would for any major vacation, selecting several preferred time periods. You will have access to “shorter notice” trips, based on availability, at huge discounts for vacations, condos and cruises here at home and internationally.
10/ Are there any restrictions on when travel can take place?
Generally speaking, the vacation packages will not be available during the heaviest peak seasons and during the major holidays. Some providers may ask travelers to submit three choices as to when travel will take place.
11/ Can individual vacations be resold?
No. These are promotional vacation Certificates and are not to be individually re-sold. The vacations may be donated to nonprofit organizations or school raffles. The individual vacations programs may also be used to recognize the best employees, reward customers and/or to increase business sales.
12/ What are the booking procedures?
Simply follow the easy instructions printed on each Certificate.
13/ What types of hotels and airfare is offered?
Vacation and Air travel Certificates offer accommodations with quality hotels that range from 2-3 stars and are in the same class of hotels like Hyatt, Westin, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Best Western, Quality Inn, Marriott, Wyndham and Sheraton. The hotels are booked in and around the main tourist areas of the destination. The offer is based on availability, so the hotel the person receives depends upon which hotel is available for the travel dates chosen. Air travel Certificates are redeemable for a reservation form, entitling two adults to roundtrip airfare from a selected major international airport in the continental United States, plus 2 exciting nights of hotel accommodations based on double occupancy. Bahamas Cruise Certificates are redeemable for a cruise aboard a luxury Cruise Ship.
